She holds a Master’s in Digital Marketing & E-Commerce from the University of Barcelona, a Diploma in Neuromarketing & Neuroventas from the University of Salamanca, and is certified in Google AI. She specializes in brand strategy, building digital presence from scratch, AI integration in marketing processes, and digital sales growth. N-Groupe serves clients primarily in Spanish and operates across the Canadian and Latin American markets.

Nancy is also the founder of EGV Ingeniería, a Chilean engineering firm with nearly 30 years of expertise — a background that gives her a unique understanding of technical industries and B2B business dynamics.
